In the advanced module, participants choose one of three specialisation tracks, allowing them to refine their profile in science management:

• Research Management
  This specialisation addresses the organisation and support of research projects. Topics include third-party funding and fundraising strategies, research data management, media training, and international research funding.
• Program Management
  The focus here is on developing, organising, and quality assurance of degree programs. Topics include curriculum development, accreditation, quality management, evaluation, and student advising. Additionally, participants can acquire basic teaching competencies in higher education didactics.
• Higher Education Management
  This module provides competences for the leadership and management of universities and faculties. Topics include financial management, change and process management, as well as strategic development of higher education institutions.
