Certificate programme "Quality Management in Studies and Teaching" (ZQM)
The certificate programme"Quality Management in Studies and Teaching" (ZQM) is aimed specifically at academic staff at the University of Wuppertal who wish to qualify for the field of quality and science management alongside their academic career or who are already working in this field. In addition to basic management and communication skills, the programme teaches concepts and instruments of quality assurance and development that are specifically geared towards the university context and can be transferred to everyday working life.
Access to the certificate programme
Access to the certificate programme is open to academic staff with a current or future focus on "Quality & Science Management", such as quality assurance officers (QSL).
Structure of the certificate
The overall scope of the certificate comprises 80 units and is divided into the following four modules:
Completion and issue of certificate
To obtain the completed certificate "Quality Management in Studies and Teaching", please send the completed application for the issue of the certificate as well as proof of the work units you have completed (scanned certificates of attendance for the workshops attended, front and back) to Andrea Ogiolda. If you provide us with an office address, we will be happy to send you the certificate.
