Specialisation module
The specialisation module offers participants the opportunity to choose a focus in line with their professional tasks. It serves to deepen the basic knowledge from the previous basic module. On completion of this module, participants are able to sharpen their awareness of their own role once again, select the appropriate content for their personality from the concepts and tools presented and thus professionalise their own actions.
In the in-depth module, participants can choose between the subject area "Leadership & Organisational Development" and the subject area "Agile Project Management":
