Attendance certificates and attestations
Do you have questions about certificates of attendance and certificates? We have summarised the most frequently asked questions and their answers on these topics here. You will receive the certificate of attendance by e-mail. You do not need to do anything else, we will take care of creating and sending your certificate of attendance.
If a final task has to be completed for the workshop, we can only start issuing the certificates once the deadline for submitting the task has expired and we have been informed by the trainer who has completed the course in full.
The subsequent issue of certificates of attendance can take some time; processing times of up to four weeks are not unusual. We therefore ask for your understanding. If you are waiting longer than four weeks for your certificate of attendance, please send an e-mail to hochschuldidaktik[at]uni-wuppertal.de.

Before you start a certificate programme, we strongly recommend that you take advantage of an initial consultation - unless this is mandatory anyway.
Once you have completed all the required components of a certificate, please contact the relevant certificate coordinator by email and attach your completed application for the certificate (ZQM, ZMK, NRW certificate) or your transcript of records (ZHD) and the certificates of attendance you have acquired to the email. You will then receive initial feedback as to whether all certificates can be recognised and a recommendation as to which workshops you should still attend. If you can provide evidence of sufficient work units for the certificate in the form of certificates of attendance, we will be happy to issue you with the certificate.
Yes, this is possible. Workshops can often be credited, even if they were completed before joining the certificate programme. Please contact the respective certificate coordinator if you have any questions about credit transfer.
No, a course can only be credited once, even if it is stated that it can be credited to several certificate programmes.
Please allow four weeks for processing. Please provide us with your work address for dispatch by internal mail.
