Data protection information for all participants
On our website, users have the opportunity to register by providing personal data. The data entered in the registration form is transmitted to us and stored. The data will not be shared with third parties, except for organisational purposes - for example your name and institution may be shared with the trainers. In exceptional cases in which trainers use their own LMS instances participants’ email addresses may need to be shared. The following data is collected as part of the registration process, participant administration for individual events and certificate programmes, as well as for the creation of certificates: desired certificate; attended events; title; first name & surname; email address; status; faculty/ division; QSL employee; digital projects employee; in-home postal address.

The legal basis for the processing of your data is Article 6(1) (a) GDPR, provided you have given your consent. If you do not complete or submit this form, you will not be able to participate in our events. The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected. As a user, you may withdraw your registration at any time. The data collected will not be disclosed to third parties, used for our own marketing purposes or linked to other data sources. We reserve the right to carry out statistical analyses of anonymised data records in accordance with Article 89 (1) GDPR.
