Data protection information for academic employees and (junior) professors
On our website, we offer users the opportunity to register by providing personal data. The data is entered into the input mask, transmitted to us and stored. The data is not passed on to third parties, except for organisational purposes such as name and institution to the trainers and in exceptional cases where trainers use their own LMS instances. In these cases, it is necessary to pass on the e-mail addresses of the participants. The following data is collected as part of the registration process, participant management of individual events and certificate programmes and the creation of certificates: certificate sought; events attended; title; first name & surname; email address; status; faculty/ department; QSL employee; digital projects employee; in-house mail address.

The legal basis for the processing of the data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR if you have given your consent. If you do not complete or submit this form, you will not be able to participate in our events. The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. As a user, you have the option of cancelling your registration at any time. The data collected here will not be passed on to third parties, will not be used for our own marketing purposes and will not be linked to other data sources. We reserve the right to statistically analyse anonymised data records in accordance with Art. 89 (1) GDPR.
