Registration conditions

• To register successfully, you must use the email address of your personal ZIM account (usually name[@]uni-wuppertal.de; external participants should use their respective university account).

• In general the registration deadline is 21 days before the event.

• You will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt sent to your email address provided. Please note: This is not a booking confirmation!

• Once we have processed your registration and checked whether places are still available, you will receive a further response from us. Please note: once confirmed, your registration is binding for both parties.

• Please also note: In the case of repeated short-notice cancellations and/or unexcused absences, we reserve the right to exclude you from participating in further events for  a period of 3 months.

• Please use this form only for events organised by SaPe.
