Quality management
The module enables students to critically and reflectively analyse quality management instruments and systems. Participants have the skills to support teaching staff and departmental committees in the coordinated processing and management of processes in the field of QM. They have the skills to collect, collate and evaluate data or facts and can enter results reports and specialist expertise into the process chains. Participants are familiar with common QM systems and the associated quality assurance and quality development tools. These include control loop models for managing the quality of teaching and study organisation, knowledge of programme and system accreditation procedures, institutional audits and peer review procedures.
