Communication

In the Communication module, participants should acquire the necessary communication skills to contribute to the faculty's communication network in an advisory capacity and to position themselves according to their task profile. They will be able to support teaching staff and faculty committees in one-off or recurring activities in the field of quality management and to help shape processes and structures related to this field.

In the Communication module, participants work on these topics, among others:

• Targeted communication - successful negotiation
• Appreciative communication
• Dealing with conflicts
• Moderating and leading meetings
