In the "Counselling, career planning, application" module, participants look at their individual career goals and options and develop strategies for their further career planning. Participants can choose to work on the following topics:
- Plan B - Alternative career paths
- Individual orientation interviews
- Self-marketing/ skills portfolio
- Finding a job in Germany
- Job application training
- Job interview/AC, selection procedure
- Mentoring
- Coaching
