Module A: Leadership skills

In the "Leadership skills" module, participants learn about different leadership styles and tasks in order to develop their own understanding of leadership and be able to implement this in their professional roles. Participants can choose to work on the following topics:

• Understanding leadership and leadership tasks
• Leadership communication
• Team building, team development
• Conflict management
• Personnel selection & development
