The Service Centre for Academic Staff Development at the University of Wuppertal offers a range of certificate programmes specifically designed to promote the professional and personal development of academic staff.
These certificates cover various areas, including teaching didactics in higher education, research management and leadership skills, and are designed to prepare participants for the diverse challenges of teaching and the academic environment. Practical workshops, individual coaching and counceling provide participants with the necessary expertise to make their teaching and careers in academia even more successful.

The certificate programme"Quality Management in Studies and Teaching" (ZQM) is aimed at academic staff who wish to qualify in the field of quality and academic management alongside their academic career.
