Qualification
In order to sharpen the participants' profile for work outside the academic system, this module offers interdisciplinary qualification programmes in the form of various certificates.
The ZMK certificate gives participants the opportunity to acquire interdisciplinary skills that are important in (future) leadership and/or project management positions. You will learn about tools and concepts from the fields of communication, leadership/organisational development and project management.

The certificate supports participants in preparing for fields of work outside the university. Participants have the opportunity to acquire key competences in the areas of leadership, management, communication and methodology.

The ZQM certificate gives participants the opportunity to qualify in the field of quality and science management alongside their academic career. In addition to basic management and communication skills, concepts and instruments of quality assurance and development are taught that are specifically orientated towards the university context.
