Initial consultation

The initial consultation primarily serves as an orientation aid. Among other things, the following questions are clarified:

• Where do I currently stand professionally?
• Where do I want to go in terms of my career?
• What do I want to achieve with the programme?
• Are my personal goals achievable with the content of the programme?
• Which modules would I like to attend to achieve my personal goals?

The content and objectives of the programme are presented and examined to see to what extent they can support the participant in achieving their personal goals. Based on this, we will jointly consider which programme modules and events suit the individual's needs, resulting in an individual programme plan.
