You do not need a signature or anything similar. The trainer's confirmation of attendance to the SaPe team is sufficient.
You are welcome to submit your reflection portfolio by email to lehrdidaktik[at]uni-wuppertal.de.
The observation partner does not have to be from the qualification programme. It is perfectly possible to request other colleagues (possibly from another subject or another faculty).
